How long will shipping take?

Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Our average shipping time is between 2-3 weeks for some products. In some cases shipping may take less than that and in some cases it may take longer than 3 weeks if the package gets hung up in customs on its way into your home country. We ship worldwide so delivery times are all averages.

Do you deliver products internationally?

The GiftNV store ships products worldwide every day.

Will I receive a tracking number?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will not be available for GIVEAWAY products. INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our overseas fulfillment centers. This format of shipping does not include tracking numbers that function outside the United States. They will track the progress of the package through the origin country, but once the package is in the air it will no longer work. We can provide you the international tracking number upon request.

I placed an order with various items recently And I have only received one item, Why is that?

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order a variety of multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

I placed and order but I didn't receive a confirmation email... What's going on?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, Contact Us as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
